Domestic & International Shipping
- We offer free shipping within the United Kingdom for a limited time.
- We ship to most locations worldwide. However, certain restrictions may apply depending on your country’s regulations or the specific product ordered.
Shipping Estimates & Tracking
- Once your order is placed, you will receive an estimated delivery date based on product availability and your selected shipping method.
- A tracking number will be provided as soon as your order ships, so you can monitor its progress.
- Please note that shipping costs are calculated based on weight and destination, and all weights are rounded up to the next full pound in accordance with carrier policies.

Out of Stock Items & High Demand Notice
Due to exceptionally high demand, our inventory is moving quickly across both wholesale and retail channels. While some items may show as out of stock, we strongly encourage you to place your order anyway.
Because we work directly with the factory, we’re able to prioritise retail customer orders even for out-of-stock items. This means your items will be reserved and sent directly to your address as soon as they are back in stock.
What if my order has items that are in and out of stock?
If you have ordered items that are out of stock, your full order will be dispatched once all items are in stock and available to send. If you would like the in-stock items to be sent separately, an additional fee will be charged for the second shipment.
Returns & Refunds Policy
We stand by the quality of our instrument cases and want you to feel confident in your purchase. If you’re not satisfied, we’re here to help.
Returns Eligibility
You may return most new, unused, and unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Returns must meet the following conditions:
✔ The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resealable condition.
✔ Returns due to damage, defects, or incorrect shipments will be covered by JML Cases, and we will cover return shipping costs.
✔ If returning for other reasons (e.g., change of mind), the customer may be responsible for return shipping fees.
Refund Process
Once we receive your return, we will process your refund within 3–5 business days. The full timeline typically includes:
- 5–10 business days for the return package to reach us.
- 3–5 business days for processing once received.
- 5–10 business days for your bank to complete the refund transaction.
